Shipping Policy

We curate unique products from manufacturers all over the world in an effort to bring you products you love at a price you also love.

When you order multiple products, please be aware that they may ship separately when we are unable to ship them from the same fulfillment center.

Our products typically take 1 to 3 weeks to reach you, once shipped. Please refer to the product page for specific shipping times based on the product you are purchasing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please use the website for the appropriate carrier, indicated in the email, to track your package.

If more than 3 weeks have passed since you submitted your order, and you have not received a tracking number or your package, please contact us at

Lost Packages

Once your order is shipped, we have no control over the package. If the carrier indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received the package, please contact the carrier and file a claim. We are not responsible for packages lost by the carrier.


On rare occasions, orders that are shipped from one of our overseas fulfillment centers may be held at customs for an extended period of time. This is out of our control and we cannot do anything to expedite delivery.

We are not responsible for any additional customs fees incurred.
